One of the most important aspects of the real estate transaction is home valuation. From the buyers' perspective, they do not want to over-pay. From the sellers' persepctive, they don't want to sell a house for less than it is worth.

 

I am a PA certified appraiser, which means I possess unique skills that enable my customers to accurately determine where they stand versus my opinion of the fair market value of the property.

 

While I am available to represent buyers and sellers, I am also available to other real estate agents and their clients for consultations and/or full appraisals. I own Pittsburgh Metro Real Estate Appraisal Services (not affiliated with Achieve Realty). This is a full-service real estate appraisal business.

 

I am a 1992 graduate of the University of Pittsburgh. I reside in Hampton Township with my wife and daughter.
