Todd and Kim Van Horn Join Achieve Realty
Highly regarded husband-and-wife team Todd and Kim Van Horn have recently joined Achieve Realty. Todd started his real estate career in 1990 and Kim followed in 1993. Together, they have guided many happy clients through successful real estate transactions.
Both Kim and Todd are natives of the City of Pittsburgh. Todd grew up in Stanton Heights and Kim grew up in Shadyside. In 1996, they moved to Hampton Township where they were actively involved in various community organizations. Today, they reside in Cranberry Township. Their geographic area of real estate concentration includes those areas and everywhere in-between.
Rare is the couple that can work together successfully. Perhaps it is because they grew up together, both graduating from Peabody High School. Todd is a graduate of Duquesne University and Kim graduated from Carlow College. Todd and Kim find there is a wonderful synergy to their relationship that benefits their clients immensely.
Todd and Kim credit their success to forming personal relationships with their clients that lasts long after the reale estate process ends. “Receiving a referral or repeat business from a prior client affirms to us that we have developed the right approaches towards forming lasting relationships, ” said Todd. “This type of business is the highest compliment anyone can pay to us,” added Kim.
Kim and Todd both believe that another important component to their success is keeping their clients better-informed and educated. “We do not believe in putting pressure on our clients. Our goal is to answer their questions and resolve their issues as efficiently as possible,” said Kim. “An informed client will minimize the stress involved in the delicate nature of a real estate transaction. We pledge to our clients a thorough understanding of each step in the selling and buying process.”
