Rose Randolph Joins Achieve Realty
Achieve Realty is proud to announce that REALTOR(R) Rosemarie Randolph has joined the company. Rose has been practicing real estate for over thirty years and she has extensive experience in new construction and land development.
"I am glad to be working with Rose again," stated Achieve Realty Vice-President Lawton Stokes. "She’s a wonderful, hard working person and we have a lot to learn from her in the new construction field."
Rose enjoys being a part of nascent communities. "When I see raw land we’re about to develop, I envision the homes and families that will come and it gives me great satisfaction to have a part, be it ever so small, in helping people grow their roots in a community."
On any given day, Rose can be found sitting at a new construction site and waiting for prospective homebuyers to come through. One builder recently said, "Rose is one of the hardest working agents out there. She’s the one who puts in lots of time at the developments."
Rose has been involved with the sales and marketing of communities including Foxbriar, Knob Hill, Tyburn Woods, Oakview Estates, Sewickley Farms, Wheatland Pointe, Lexington Estates, Bradford Park Square 1 and 2, Shadowcreek, Quail Crossing, Kimberwick, St. Leonards Woods and Highfields Estates. Rose has also been involved with the sale and development of raw land for commercial use.
In addition to new construction and development, Rose also sells existing homes. Her geographic area of concentration for all this work includes all of Pittsburgh’s North Hills, Eastern Beaver County and Southern Butler Couinty.
Rose and her husband live in Franklin Park. They have seven grandchildren. She enjoys gardening, traveling and sewing.
