REALTOR(R) Erick Hortert joins Achieve Realty
Achieve Realty is proud to announce that REALTOR(R) Eric Hortert has joined the company. Erick was born and raised in Clay Township, Butler County, Pennsylvania. Erick’s real estate practice requires him to think analytically. His early success in real estate is proof of his ability. Yet, Erick has a strong creative side.
Erick started in the printing business in 1986, where he witnessed the prinitng industry change dramatically from mechanized to computer-driven technology. By 2001, Erick had acquired strong graphic art skills. From 2001-2005, Erick worked at Fencil Contracting, where he applied his lifelong hobby of woodworking to the job of building houses “from the ground up.”
Since 1998, Erick and his wife have owned a personal care home in Southern Butler County. Erick has had countless interpersonal relationships with the elderly and the infirm. Erick feels he can relate to people from different walks of life and he has a deep-rooted respect for seniors. This inspired Erick to obtain the Seniors Real Estate Specialist(R) (SRES) designation.
SRES is the only designation and marketing program specifically designed to serve senior property owners. SRES designees demonstrate requisite knowledge and expertise to counsel senior clients through the major financial and lifestyle transitions involved in relocating, refinancing, or selling a home.
Vice-President of Achieve Realty Lawton Stokes stated, “Erick is a dynamic person. He has demonstrated the knowledge, creativity and attention to detail necessary to make real estate deals happen. He’s alo very committed to helping seniors.”
Erick resides in Penn Township with his wife and their four children. Erick’s hobbies include basketball and woodworking. Erick is an Elder at Jefferson Center Presbyterian Church and a Member of the Butler County Chamber of Commerce.
