Cindy has been a licensed real estate agent for over 20 years and has been an Associate Broker for more than 10 years. Over the years, Cindy’s production level has made her a consistent member of the Andron Epiphanon Society and a recipient of the Builder’s Association of Metropolitan Pittsburgh’s Housing Excellence Award.

Cindy has acted as Project Manager and Site-Team Coordinator for the following new construction projects: Colonial Heights, Brandywine Woods, Brnadwine Commons, Hawthorne Commons, Northridge Manor, Northridge Estates, Oakhurst Estates, Lakeview Estates, Orchard Park Court, Highland Village, Lager Farm, Stratford Heights, Shadow Creek Estates, The Preserve West, Forest Knoll and Madison Heights. Her most recent responsibilities included creating a functional on-site office, forming and supervising a five member sales team, contract negotiations, budget and advertising oversight, special event promotions and activity reporting.

Cindy’s area of geographic concentration include Ross Township, McCandless, Franklin Park, Pine, Hampton, Richland, West Deer in Northern Allegheny County and Cranberry Township, Seven Fields, Adams Township, Middlesex, Penn and Center Township in Southern Butler County. Cindy also practices in Mt. Lebanon, Upper St. Clair, Dormont and the City of Pittsburgh.
