Achieve Realty reports 2005 statistics

Sunday, February 12th, 2006

February 12, 2006 (Pittsburgh, PA) Achieve Realty has announced its recruitment statistics for 2005. During the twelve-month period starting January 1, 2005 and ending December 31, 2005, Achieve Realty added 33 REALTORS(R) to its roster. "This number is phenomenal by anyone’s measure," stated Kristen Stokes, President of Achieve Realty.

This statistic reflects a larger trend in the real estate business as well. Increasingly, real estate sales associates are moving into high commission concept companies. "There’s a reason why high commission concept companies are growing throughout the country," stated Lawton Stokes, Vice-President of Achieve Realty. "Agents take home more money."

Lawton Stokes added, "We’re the classic high-commission concept model except we cut out the middle man - an entire tier of costs that agents and brokers pay at most high commission concept companies - the franchisor."

Typically, money is not the sole motivating force that causes a REALTORS(R) to change companies. "Our value-added is the full-time legal support," said Kristen Stokes. "No other company puts such an emphasis on the availability of legal counsel to its agents," she added.

The Achieve Realty philosophy has resonated with real estate agents and their clients. 25% of the agents joining Achieve Realty in 2005 came from Coldwell Banker. 50% of the agents joining Achieve Realty in 2005 came from RE/MAX or Keller Williams franchises. The remaining 25% of agents came from diverse brokerages, including Howard Hanna Real Estate.

Achieve Realty has already added 4 licensed real estate salespersons to its roster in 2006. "2006 is our year!" exclaimed Kristen Stokes.

Billscottforweb Achieve Realty is proud to announce that Bill Scott has joined the company. Bill is a Pittsburgh native, born and raised in the Hill District. He is 1990 graduate of Oliver High School and a 1995 graduate of Robert Morris University with a BS/BA in Accounting.

From 1995-1998, Bill worked at PNC Bank as a financial analyst. In 1998, Bill decided to pursue a career in real estate. “I thought real estate would be a great way to give back to the community,” stated Bill.

Lawton Stokes, Achieve Realty Vice-President, stated, “we’re honored Bill chose our company. He has some longstanding friendships with several of our agents and they all respect him immensely.”

As Jeff Lunderstadt stated “We are thrilled Bill has joined Achieve Realty. His skills and experience are tremendous assets, and he is a pleasure to conduct business with.”

Bill takes his career very seriously, as evidenced by the impressive number of designations and certifications he has earned through extensive classroom work and testing. Bill carries the following designations and certifications: ABR, SRES and e-pro.

The Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR®) designation is the benchmark of excellence in buyer representation.
