Achieve Realty is proud to announce that highly-respected REALTOR(R) Lori Pietrandrea has joined the company. Lori has been a real estate licensee since 1998. She will be based in Achieve’s Beaver office on Constitution Boulevard (Rt. 51) in Fallston Borough.

Achieve Realty President Kristen Stokes commented on Lori’s move, stating, "Lori is a terrific addition to the company. She is very nice and is a real professional. She is also very devoted to her family."

Lori is making the real estate profession more positive for her clients and her colleagues alike. She is a Director of the Beaver County Association of REALTORS(R). Regarding her position, Lori states, "I like attending the meetings, voting and having a direct impact on what’s happening in the industry."

Achieve Realty Vice-President Lawton Stokes states, "We’re thrilled to work with Lori. We have admired Lori since we met her in 2001. We have a real synergy with her and I’m sure our agents and Lori’s clients will all benefit from our business relationship." Lawton and Kristen are not alone in their high esteem for Lori.

Lori was raised in Industry, PA and currently resides in Hopewell Township, PA with her husband Lou and their two children. She is active in the Hopewell Band Boosters and the Hopewell Junior High PTA. She is Past-President of Margaret Ross Elementary PTA. Lori currently sings in the St. Titus Church Choir and she has taught CCD at St. Titus. Her hobbies include photography, scrap-booking and exercise.

Achieve Realty is proud to announce that dynamic agent Tammy Grassi has joined the company. Tammy was born and raised in the Southern Butler County, PA Municipality of Penn Township. Tammy is the daughter of Carl Leicher, a highly regarded home builder. Carl has established a tradition of hard work and outstanding performance that Tammy tries to follow in everything she does.

After graduating from Indiana University of PA with a Bachelors of Science in Human Resource Management, Tammy entered the field of retail sales management. By 1997, Tammy has been promoted to area manager for an upscale clothier. At that point, Tammy was asked to join the family business and her career in real estate was launched.

Tammy has been exposed to the real estate profession her entire life. From new construction to investment properties, single family homes to multi-family units, residential to commercial sales and rentals, Tammy has seen it all. Tammy’s first job with Carl Leicher Construction was to modernize the business. She instituted computer-based accounting, marketing programs, client care systems and employee management procedures. From there, Tammy obtained her real estate license.

Tammy’s real estate career has been steadily progressing. She now leads a team of agents called "The Tammy Grassi Group" that is composed of a Buyer’s Agent and a Licensed Assistant. They specialize in all types of real estate transactions in Southern Butler and Northern Allegheny Counties.

Kristen Stokes, President of Achieve Realty, states, "We’ve been friends with Tammy for four years. She’s a person of her word. She is somebody who is constantly trying to raise the bar for her profession."

Real estate veteran Andy Bencsics has joined Achieve Realty. Andy brings to Achieve Realty 20 years experience as a full time real estate professional.

Andy started working at the age of 13 at his uncle’s bowling alley and through his high school and college years, worked as a house painter. He graduated from Slippery Rock University in 1981 with a major in Geography and thereafter worked as a route manager for a courier company.

In 1986 Andy began his career as a REALTOR(R) and in 1995 earned his Brokers License. This licensure class means that Andy has completed the course work and tests necessary to operate a real estate brokerage. In fact, Andy co-owned RE/MAX New Horizons in Pittsburgh, PA and helped operate the business for many years.

Andy also earned the designation of Seniors Real Estate Specialist. SRES(R) is the only desgnation and marketing program specifically designed to serve senior property owners. SRES(R) designees demonstrate requisite knowledge and expertise to counsel senior clients through the major financial and lifestyle transistions involved in relocating, refinancing, or selling a home.

Asked about his longevity in the real estate profession, Andy answered, "there are two reasons for my success. First, I earn the trust of each and every one of my clients. Second, I am proactive - I can foresee potential problems and prevent them from occurring."

His favorite aspect of  his career is helping people with the largest financial transaction in their lives. "I like the daily challenges that occur because every real estate deal is different," said Andy.

Andy is involved with numerous activities outside of work. He coaches lacrosse, basketball and soccer. He is a church volunteer at St. Teresa of Avila. Andy loves spending time with his wife and their two sons.
