Achieve Realty is proud to announce that highly-respected REALTOR(R) Geoff Smathers has joined the company. Geoff has been practicing real estate since 1998. During that time, Geoff received numerous commendations for his success in the real estate industry.

In 1999, Prudential Preferred Realty in Pittsburgh, PA named Geoff its "Rookie of the Year." In 2000, Prudential Preferred Realty in Pittsburgh, PA awarded Geoff its prestigious "President’s Circle" award. In 2003 and 2004, RE/MAX presented Geoff with its "100% Club" award. Geoff is very grateful for the recognition he has received, but his greatest satisfaction is serving people. "I love helping my clients reach their goals," Geoff recently said.

He is a longtime member of the Rich-Mar Rotary and Butler Country Club. He still resides in Gibsonia. Geoff is truly dedicated to this community."

Geoff’s geographic area of focus includes: Butler County, North Hills, Cranberry Township, Fox Chapel, Sewickley and of course - Gibsonia, PA.

Geoff and his wife Jacki are proud parents of three children. He enjoys spending time with his family, golf and flying.

When it comes to real estate, Sharon Scheidemantle has wide ranging ability. Her expertise spans from the residential to the commercial fields. Sharon’s clients compliment her for making their experience positive and efficient. Her education, experience and leadership make her one of the most well-known, highly respected and trusted Realtors(R) in Western Pennsylvania.

Sharon has a B.S. in Industrial Arts Education from California University of Pennsylvania and a M.S. in Human Resource Managemtent from LaRoche College. She taught Architectural Drafting and Design at Triangle Technical Institute. She served as Vice-President and Construction Project Manager for Long John Silvers, American Eagle Outfitters and National Record Mart, supervising site development for these entities throughout the United States.

Sharon has been practicing real estate since 1994 and is a Pennsylvania licensed Associate Broker. She has employed her background to effectively represent hundreds of clients. She has particular insight for designing and building commercial properties as well as site selection, lease review and landlord negotiations. Sharon has the ability to visualize alterations and new design possibilities, thereby enhancing her clients’ buying or leasing experience.

Sharon’s list of service to the community and her colleagues is most impressive. As a member of the LaRoche College Board of Regents, she helped create a four-year Real Estate Degree at that institution. She is a member of the Long-Range Planning Subcommittee for the Pine-Richland School District. She is a Past-President of the Women’t Council of the Builders Association of Metro Pittsburgh. She was Co-Chair of the CID Division of the Realtors Association of Metropolitan Pittsburgh. She is a Charter Member of the Pittsburgh Women in Commercial Real Estate, the precursor to CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women).

Sharon resides in Pine Township with her husband, builder Keith Scheidemantle and their son Dillon. Her hobbies include skiing, traveling, golfing, cooking and entertaining.
