Sara and her husband, Sam Spatter, are residents of Mt. Washington and lifelong Pittsburgh residents. Among her many memberships are the Mt. Washington Community Development Group, the Realtors Association of Metropolitan Pittsburgh and the Andron Epiphanon Fraternity from which she receives an award each year. She is a National Sales Excellence Leader and an experienced Buyer’s Agent.

Along with her love of family, friends and her animal babies, Sara enjoys restoring her historic home, foreign and domestic travel, reading and gourmet cooking.

Kathy Lee Speigle has a history of helping people. She has a License in Nursing and worked for over 10 years in that field. Now that she’s a Realtor®, she hasn’t shed her stripes. When asked what she likes most about the Real Estate profession, Kathy Lee quickly answered, “making first time homebuyers’ dreams come true.” Buyers aren’t the only people Kathy helps, though.
