Michael Nuzzo Joins Achieve Realty

Sunday, February 27th, 2005

Michael Nuzzo’s trademark is his amazing work ethic. As a kid, his first job was at ten years old as a paperboy in his native Ohioville, Beaver County.

After attending Western Beaver High School, Michael attended the University of Pittsburgh where he majored in Communications and participated on the cheerleading team.

Shortly after graduating from college in 1981, Michael founded a cheerleading school that now conducts training camps in 40+ states and provides guidance to over 12,000 young cheerleaders annually.

Although he has enjoyed professional success already, Michael refuses to rest. Since Michael’s business partner now runs the cheerleading business, Michael is practicing real estate in Southwestern Pennsylvania full time.

Michael is ethical, honest, innovative and an effective negotiator. These traits helped Michael achieve business success and they create very satisfied real estate clients.

Before joining Achieve Realty, Michael worked at a large national franchise for 6 years. His real estate practice focuses primarily on the places where he has lived over the years: the City of Pittsburgh, the North Hills and, of course, Beaver County.

Kristen Stokes, Achieve Realty’s president, recently stated, “everybody loves Michael Nuzzo. He’s a pleasure to work with and he’s a wonderful person.”

Michael is married and has a 16 year old son. His hobbies include exercise and real estate investing.

Achieve Realty Celebrates Rapid Growth During Its First Year

Sunday, February 27th, 2005

As of March 1, 2005—after only 11 months into business -Achieve Realty marks the 10 Realtor® milestone.

“I’m delighted with the pace of our growth,” stated Kristen Stokes, President of Achieve Realty.

One of the most interesting aspects of our growth so far has been the number of Realtors® choosing to work from home.

“We’re working with very independent people who look at their careers as their own small business. Home is where they can work uninterrupted,” said Vice-President Lawton Stokes.

Lawton also pointed out that by industry standards, 10 Realtors® recruited in one year is phenomenal.

As for future growth: “I expect our Wexford office to level off at 30 agents within 18 months,” Lawton said. That way, we’re retain our character as a boutique, yet accumulate a disproportionate share of the market in terms of sales volume.
