Welcome Drew Waters

Thursday, December 2nd, 2004

P. Andrew “Drew” Waters was born and raised in the Northern Pittsburgh, PA suburb of Allison Park. He is the youngest of 5 brothers.

After graduating from the University of Pittsburgh in 1988 with a B.A. in Business Administration, Drew began a journey of diverse business experiences.

From 1988-1993, Drew worked as an investment broker in Los Angeles, California. There, he met his wife Nadine and they moved back to the Pittsburgh area to settle down.

Drew worked for a medical supply company for a short time and then founded and operated his own medical supply company, Keystone Medical Supply, from 1994-1999.

In 2000, Drew obtained his real estate license. He most recently practiced real estate at WHY USA Homes For You.

Drew is an analytical thinker with strong problem solving skills. These traits helped him succeed in the investment brokerage, medical supply and real estate fields.

Drew is a very active member of Northway Christian Community Church in Wexford, PA, where he serves as Small Group Leader. He resides in Gibsonia with his wife and two children.

Welcome Michael Nuzzo

Thursday, December 2nd, 2004

Michael Nuzzo’s trademark is his amazing work ethic. As a kid, his first job was at ten years old as a paperboy in his native Ohioville, Beaver County.

After attending Western Beaver High School, Michael attended the University of Pittsburgh where he majored in Communications and participated on the cheerleading team.

Shortly after graduating from college in 1981, Michael founded a cheerleading school that now conducts training camps in 40+ states and provides guidance to over 12,000 young cheerleaders annually.

Although he has enjoyed professional success already, Michael refuses to rest. Since Michael’s partner now runs the cheerleading business, Michael is practicing real estate in Southwestern Pennsylvania full time.

Michael is ethical, honest, innovative and an effective negotiator. These traits helped Michael achieve business success and they create very satisfied real estate clients.

Before joining Achieve Realty, Michael worked at a large national franchise for 6 years. His real estate practice focuses primarily on the places where he has lived over the years: the City of Pittsburgh, the North Hills and, of course, Beaver County.

Kristen Stokes, Achieve Realty’s president, recently stated, “everybody loves Michael Nuzzo. He’s a pleasure to work with and he’s a wonderful person.”

Michael is married and has a 16 year old son. His hobbies include exercise and real estate investing.

Welcome Bridget Minnock

Thursday, December 2nd, 2004

Achieve Realty is proud to announce the addition of its newest agent, Bridget Minnock. Bridget is from a well-known family of Pittsburgh-based builders. In addition to her strong Irish heritage, you could say that real estate is in Bridget’s blood.

Bridget began practicing real estate at Coldwell Banker Real Estate in 1996 and has been there ever since. She is annually a multi-million dollar producer. She has extensive experience in new construction and existing home sales. Geographically, Bridget focuses on the Greater North Hills of Pittsburgh and Southern Butler County.

Bridget is a member of the Realtors® Association of Metropolitan Pittsburgh, the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors® and the National Association of Realtors®. She is a member of St. John Neumann church in Franklin Park.

Kristen Stokes, President of Achieve Realty, states “Bridget stands for integrity. She is a very hard worker and very dedicated to her customers. She is a wonderful person and we are so delighted to work with her.” Bridget’s clients feel the same way. Betsey Thompson from Pittsburgh stated, “Bridget’s knowledge, experience and eagerness to assist us made us feel comfortable with the buying process, and confident in the offer she presented to the sellers.”

A resident of Ross Township, she is married to Patrick Folan and they have three children. Bridget enjoys golf, travel and sports.

Welcome Marilyn Heintz

Thursday, December 2nd, 2004

Marilyn Heintz joined Achieve Realty on Friday, June 4, 2004. Marilyn has been listing and selling real estate in Allegheny and Butler Counties for over 15 years.

From 1996 to 1999, Marilyn earned the prestigious “1st in Service Excellence” award at her former real estate brokerage. It’s little wonder that Marilyn averages an impressive six million dollars in closed real estate sales, year-after-year.

Marilyn is a lifetime resident of Pittsburgh’s North Hills. She has two daughters, Gwenn and Allison and a son, Jason. Marilyn loves dogs and she has two Bulldogs, Maggie and  Rosemary.

Marilyn is dedicated to her  career as a real estate sales associate. She has earned the designation of GRI (Graduate, Realtor® Institute). REALTORS with this designation have had advanced training in areas  including, but not limited to, real estate finance, ethics, agency, and sales. Only about 9% of agents nationwide have earned the GRI professional designation.

Marilyn is an Associate Broker. In other words, she has successfully completed the course-work and testing necessary to operate a real estate brokerage.

According to Kristen Stokes, “Marilyn is a wonderful person and a fantastic Realtor®. She is a great addition to Achieve. I’m delighted to have the opportunity to work closely with her.”

An Open Letter To Successful Realtors(R)

Thursday, December 2nd, 2004

Dear Successful Realtor®:

You are a successful Realtor® and are well-respected by your peers. Can you say the same about everybody else in your office roster? If not, then you deserve to make more money practicing real estate than you currently make. Lots more.

Achieve Realty is unlike any real estate brokerage you’ve ever seen. You’ve heard of low-risk/low-commission concepts. You’ve heard of high-risk/high-commission concepts. But have you heard of low-risk/high-commission concepts? No. That’s because no one runs their brokerage that way . . . except us.

What gives? How can this be? We are the real estate brokerage of the future. We can provide you all of the care, guidance and leadership that your current broker provides, but we don’t have the overhead. You will never see our company open a mega-office. Brick and mortar translates into low commissions for Realtors®.

We are not a franchise which means we don’t believe in national advertising. Can you say that your company’s national advertising campaign ever resulted in a closed transaction for yourself? (And if it did, what kind of referral fee did you have to pay your broker?) We say that you – the individual Realtor® - are the brand. Think about the top performing Realtors® in your market and the brands they’ve created for themselves. Instead of keeping commission dollars to promote the company, we’ll give you the commission dollars to promote yourself.

For more information, please contact Kristen Stokes @ (724) 933-1980×204.
